Meet Bennie
Bennie Griffins is a visionary leader, transformational speaker, and compassionate minister whose life’s work is devoted to restoring dignity, empowering voices, and transforming communities across cultures and continents.
She is the Proprietor of The Bennie Griffins Academy, The Griffins Nest Elderlies & Orphanage Home, and the Convener of The Bennie Griffins Foundation—initiatives rooted in service, education, care, and social impact. Through these platforms, Bennie champions women empowerment, child education, youth development, and family wellbeing, becoming a trusted motivational voice that resonates deeply across diverse audiences.
As a Minister of the Gospel with decade experience and Senior Pastor of Gospel Zentrum International, Bennie has continue to serve families and communities with uncommon compassion, blending faith with practical wisdom to address real-life challenges. Her leadership extends beyond the pulpit into thought leadership as a Contributing Editor at Standard Daily Press, where she helps shape narratives that inform, inspire, and challenge society.
Bennie’s influence is strengthened by a solid academic and professional foundation. She is a graduate of Guidance and Counselling, holds certifications in media communication, mental health, and leadership, and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Studies in Germany. She is also an active member of the Deutscher Kinderhospizverein e.V. (DKHV), supporting children and young adults living with life-limiting illnesses and standing with their families during life’s most delicate moments.
A trailblazer at heart, Bennie made history as the organiser of Germany’s first-ever Miss Ebony Pageant, creating a groundbreaking platform that celebrates identity, leadership, and the voices of women of colour.
As a cross-cultural speaker and transformational leader, Bennie Griffins brings a rare blend of faith, intellect, and lived experience to every stage. Her messages on purpose, leadership, emotional resilience, mental health, relationships, and community transformation leave audiences inspired, equipped, and moved to action.
Driven by faith, fueled by compassion, and guided by purpose, Bennie Griffins is not just building institutions—she is shaping lives and leaving legacies.
